This place is horrible… we’ve been living here for a year now and my stove is still broken. I’ve reported it but they keep getting new owners and my maintenance reports go unseen. The water heater is all rusted with standing water at the bottom base bowl that it has. These apartments are infested with roaches, neighbors don’t keep their homes clean, and if something breaks like the blinds we have to pay for the replacement ones which is dumb. They take forever fix stuff like if you sink messes up your toilet can you take forever to answer they give you an emergency number or something happens Say your Aircon messes up or something And what’s the point of the emergency number and never answered it goes straight to voicemail. You can go without Aircon or whatever for a day or an hours.
Lived exactly one year in that time we had roaches, the dishwasher never once worked and they never attempted to fix it the bathtub was peeling so bad we couldn’t even bathe. We went without hot water for 5 days cuz “ we don’t have the funds to fix it” and if I ever needed heat they had to come manually switch it to heat and they had to come back to switch it back to air. In one year there was 4 new owners. Management is horrible they act nice and talk poorly about you behind your back.
Lived here for like 4 years and it was going good until the ac broke and for like 6 months they never wanted to fix it or check on it and water started coming out of the light in the laundry room. Was good at first but then it just got worse and worse the more I lived there. Don’t recommend going here.
My elderly mother had not had air condition in days and we can’t get a hold of anyone at this complex it’s closed ??? What’s going on
