I had an excellent stay. Pretty building, friendly hosts, cool location. Accomodating to cyclists. I'd stay here again if I were visiting Utica again.
Beautiful location, staff, breakfast, and rooms; plus, wonderfully priced! Definitely stay here if you get the opportunity!! Unique and exceptional tea/coffee bar at all hours! Easy walk to a wide variety of delicious restaurants. Yard is gorgeous and filled with well cared for greenery.
Beautiful B+B in Utica, central location, great breakfast, warm hosts and gorgeous rooms. Incredible to see th hard work they have put into renovating the rooms. The bed was very comfortable too. Would recommend and hope to stay again
