I have lived here for 2 years, and overall it’s been a decent place to live. The maintenance team and office staff are helpful and responsive. My biggest concern is the constant increase in rent and the addition of extra fees which do not add up. Parking has also been an ongoing issue. When I moved in I was told we are getting parking spaces. I just moved in and the whole process was really smooth from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently and made the transition stress-free. Jeannelle was especially helpful! I have lived here since March 2023 when they were just built. To this day I have ALWAYS felt safe and secure living here. The staff here are exceptionally professional and most importantly courteous and supportive in responding to any concerns or questions I may have. The maintenance staff, especially FELTON KING who is the maintenance Supervisor is extremely courteous and professional. Morvin, the maintenance guy, is truly one of the best parts of living here. He is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. He responds quickly, even when a maintenance ticket hasn’t officially been submitted yet, and he consistently does an excellent job making sure issues are handled properly and efficiently. His attitude and work ethic really stand out, and he always makes residents feel valued and heard. I’ve lived in this apartment community since they first opened in 2022. During the 4 years living here, I’ve never had any issues with the staff, property or other residents. The maintenance team is amazing and so are the ladies in the office! This is a safe, quiet and clean community. Definitely the best in the area. I love it here!
