Residents of Rosemont — read this before you pay for a parking permit. When I first moved in, parking was included with the rent I’m already paying. Now management has brought in a third-party company (“Parking App”) charging $30 per spot for “reserved” parking permits. Here’s the problem: a reserved spot is only worth paying for if it’s actually reserved. This complex is pretty nice. They do their best to keep it clean and well maintained. The maintenance team responds fairly quickly to maintenence request. Morvin is an awesome maintenance tech. He's very professional and helpful. Whenever he sees me with trash heading to the trash compactor, he immediately grabs the trash for me which I very much appreciate.
It’s a decent place to live. It’s quiet and maintenance is always readily available to fix items. They are constantly adding extra fees and the monthly rent is never the same, but it’s always trending up and never down. Recently they decided to start charging for monthly parking even though the place has plenty of parking.
