Rosemont has a great staff. There staff are always friendly and helpful. I had an expensive package delivered to my door and left unattended mistakenly by USPS. When I called the office to let them know that I was fearing that the package would disappear, they retrieved my package and put it up for safe keepings.
Javon and Alleyia are very polite, patient and professional. It was a pleasure working with them.
The community and staff is nice and vey helpful.
These people will focus on you “breaking” the rules more than fix the problems that are here. We have been dealing with roaches for almost 2 years (2023). They collect exterminator fee and add extra fees especially garbage fees and they are not not consistent. This is a very nice complex but management is a joke. The walls and floor are thin but they complain about noise and charge money like make it make sense.
