Heads up turning in and out of this complex and this whole section of Athens/78 Highway it is a death trap. Don’t put yourself at risk walking to any of the local businesses. There have been several accidents and fatalities. There are too many vehicles at high speeds merging, turning from different directions within a short distance. It’s strange that residents are charged a parking fee in an area where there is no public transportation and it’s not safe to walk or ride a bike/scooter.
Don’t move here . They charge you for monthly pest control. You won’t get pest control unless you call.. they charge for “ assigned “ parking but do nothing about people being in your parking spot .. very unprofessional, everyone working says different things. all over the place. The neighborhood is dirty , takes them days to clean up litter. Would not recommend . Not worth your money.
