Don’t move here . They charge you for monthly pest control. You won’t get pest control unless you call.. they charge for “ assigned “ parking but do nothing about people being in your parking spot .. very unprofessional, everyone working says different things. all over the place. The neighborhood is dirty , takes them days to clean up litter. Would not recommend . Not worth your money.
