felton the maitence guy is A1 , quick fixer very nice
5 stars to Felton King. I placed my maintenance ticket and about 10-15 mins later knock at the door. He was quick on the response, and able to tell us the issue with our AC in matter of seconds. He fixed it immediately and the light to our microwave. He is very reliable, professional, polite, and fast. With any other on going issues we MAY have in the future I hope we get him! Thank you so much! We greatly appreciate it!
