I’ve been a resident here for a few years now, and I haven’t had an issue with anything during my time here. If there are any questions that I had or need assistance with something, the staff is very helpful and the maintenance Team is great! The maintenance Team manager and Felton are very thorough and really nice.

I have lived here since March 2023 when they were just built. To this day I have ALWAYS felt safe and secure living here. The staff here are exceptionally professional and most importantly courteous and supportive in responding to any concerns or questions I may have. The maintenance staff, especially FELTON KING who is the maintenance Supervisor is extremely courteous and professional.
