Ive lived here in 2 different apartments for 6 years. Ive never had any problems with any of the managers and they are more like family to me. Im just tired of the loud neighbors, people letting their dogs shit anywhere and everywhere, loud and sloppy landscapers, and the bed bugs. These apts are INFESTED and they charge you an $300 every time they spray. They will blame the tenant instead of admitting that they are not controlling the infestation correctly. Could be better if they would stop renting to blatantly obvious problematic people. Tweekers, crackheads, drunks & trashy fucks are whom live here. A few really good people but still. Shooting on the property that left a ex an office staff dead in the parking lot. All and all a little renovation and better tenants could do this place wonders.

Don't recommend.. Move somewhere else if you're thinking of living here. The management are just so into your business. Like seriously it's no lie. It's like as if this place is a damn prison. No privacy at all and they seem like they screen everyone that visits. You can't have visitors. I don't do drugs or sell drugs.. Never have in my life and they act as if you're up to something, it's crazy. She needs to get a life and stop thinking people are up to no good just because she's some recovery coach and her son had issues. I... read more

The fact that management pays attention is a plus for me. They keep the situation under control in a lousy neighborhood. This is a second chance apartment complex and personally, I'm grateful I got that chance.

I've lived here for 5 months now. It's okay can't live here in the summer the laundry mat take's a lot of money just to wash your close. Cop's are here often so is the ambulance and fire truck cameras everywhere. If you throw a cigarette on the ground you get fined 250.00$ no smoking inside. Oh one last thing if you have a medical marijuana card you still can't cause of the school down the road it's not worth it.

The manager always gives you dirty looks. Even when you're not a resident there she looks at you like you're scum! Like come on your shitty place isn't top notch, simmer down.. not to mention no one cleans their pools, nasty! And if you're visiting someone who lives there you can't ask to be let in someone who your visiting HAS to let you in. Smh this place is such a SHIT HOLE. I don't recommend anyone living here.
