Wow what a great experience, I ordered flowers for my grandmas 90th bday, they sent me a pic when the bouquet was completed and then another when it was delivered. I called to make sure they knew how special this was to me that this bouquet is perfect. They did not disappoint. What a wonderful customer service. I order flowers occasionally from big chains - you cannot even compare the experiences. I would highly recommend.
I would recommend Rosemont Florist for their professionalism and quality work. I had an incident with an order, but as soon as I called, the owner was quick to take ownership, dug into the issue, and came back with options. I'm very happy with the result, including very lovely flowers! I will definitely use them again.

She had a vision for what she wanted and Rosemont Florist delivered on that vision, far beyond expectations. I cannot recommend this place more. Great job. Christmas arrangement was beautiful (recipient confirmed see photo). Found the Rosemont Florist on-line. They have an easy to use catalogue, order form, cart and check-out process. They delivered the flowers to a colleague and even switched to home not office delivery when they learned the recipient wasn't in the office that day. I am out of state so really appreciated them going the extra mile.
The best wedding purchase we ever made! The establishment is highly professional and we had no issues whatsoever. Please give them a shot over the big wedding guys. They are well priced and the quality they provide is unmatched. The pictures speak for themselves!
