I was not looking for a new dentist but when I went on Medicare Senior Advantage my old dentist was not on the list. After looking into the dentists that were on the list I finally settled on this one and I'm really glad that I made the switch. Both dentist there are very nice and open to backing off at any sign of me feeling uncomfortable. Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Yes, I was definitely uncomfortable Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was the dental equipment clean? Not really, it could have been much cleaner Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to.
