I have to be honest. I am not impressed by the new company and management team that took over Village West. From not being very helpful when they took over to not being transparent about how payments would be processed since there was no online payment option setup. You've made it easy for me to decide not to renew my lease.
Cierra is great. I highly recommend this apartment complex because of Cierra’s professionalism. I am relocating from Tennessee to Georgia. Majority of the leasing consultants at other complexes in the area were unprofessional on the phone and in person. Cierra truly helped our family navigate through the process. She was very Professional, informative, and helpful. Discuss options with Cierra at the Rosemont Peachtree Corners before signing a lease anywhere
