For those who are looking for a pleasant place to live - this is one place I would avoid. The customer service is lacking. Example: First months rent (after moving in) - no drop box to leave the payment. I leave town on business and return on the 7th of the month. Find that the office opens at 9:00 long after I am to be at work. I take off work waiting till 9:00 a.m. to deliver my payment that would have been delivered on the 1st (had I been in town or been able to leave in a drop box on the 3rd when I was back) and was told... read more
