DO NOT MOVE HERE.. I currently live here. The management does not care about the community. Management come and go every few months, so don’t get use to anyone. The maintenance does not do their job. And what they do is the bare minimal. Mold, water leaks. The main restroom that my kid’s use, the roof would leak every time it rained. The fridge freezes anything you put in it. Probably the worst place I lived. I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star. I only lived here for 2 months and so much already happened. First my 2nd bathroom started flooding, water coming from the roof. My other toilet stop flushing. Then my dishwasher went out, my refrigerator stopped working so they replaced it but now this one is leaking from the bottom and maintenance knows. Terrible maintenance crew, takes a VEERRRRRRYY LONG TIME FOR THEM TO COME OUT. Have to do my own maintenance, from office is great but need more poise and some type of guidance or help to run thia place properly.
Rude maintenance using kids to clean and fix the things they break the room all ways hot nasty carpet the restrooms smell and the apartments are dirty always late to fix reported thing
