Cecilia is so kind she’s very attentive even with an office full of chaos she helped us through our application while also attending other families . Made the visit welcoming from the moment we stepped into Rosemont . I know my mother will be in good hands with ms Cecilia . If you are looking for a new home and want someone to not only provide you with one but to welcome you whole heartedly come give ms Cecilia a visit . Carmon was so helpful to us. Very knowledgeable. The property was very clean. They were about to close and Carmon showed us a unit which was really nice!

The new management staff is friendly and intentional when it comes to handling tenant related matters. It is a refreshing change from the previous staff that have taken charge of the complex.
Call 2 days ago made appointment to tour apartment today at 12 pm and a team member called me back to confirm our appointment I get here at 11:47am she not her another lady said she gone for today that tells me right there this not the apartment for me .Poor customer service
