I just want to give a special thanks to the assistant manager Ms. Perales for being such a helping hand with my elderly father. She was very honest upfront and kept him updated throughout the process of his application. She also was kind and very respectful definitely exceeded expectations by a long shot. Thanks Ms. Perales
Cecilia is very sweet very nice and goes above and beyond for her customers; if you are looking for a place to stay come and see her ASAP. She has got you covered! Very great experience 10/10!
Cecilia is so kind she’s very attentive even with an office full of chaos she helped us through our application while also attending other families . Made the visit welcoming from the moment we stepped into Rosemont . I know my mother will be in good hands with ms Cecilia . If you are looking for a new home and want someone to not only provide you with one but to welcome you whole heartedly come give ms Cecilia a visit . Also her worship music embodies her spirit you don’t find many office members to be so kind and sincere. ... read more
