I have been a resident here for almost 2 years when I moved here I wanted and needed a downstairs apartment because of my health issues, and I was told that I could transfer. But when I inquired about the transfer after a year I was given the run around. The new assistant manager makes SURE that she addresses ALL of my inquiries and concerns. I am a resident of 8 years. The communication is perfect when it comes to informing me about what is about to take place in regard to renovations. Staff is very professional and amazing results when it comes to filling maintenance orders
Honestly they don't even deserve that,but of course that's the only way I can leave a Review so yes I give them a "-1"...They are nice and professional when you go in and aquire about the residents.. But once you give them any type of money (deposit)they ghost you and then when you finally reach someone oh ,your not approved and get this they cant tell you why your not approved but they will let you know your not moving in. I put in my application two weeks ago or so and I have been calling getting NO answers from the office. I stopped in and was told that I would have a answer NO later than Friday didn't hear anything so on Monday I called NO answer. Listen to me if you want to save yourself some stress sis or sir! I only gave 1-Star to submit a review they deserve Not a Star! The Rosemonts of Lancaster are run by SlumLords-Avenue 5 Residential in Seattle Wa. The staff will mislead you through the application process and despite no bad credit nor bad rental history will say you need to pay the full month/Double desposit as a deposit.
