Lived here for 3 ysprices are horrible pool has NEVER!been opened laundromat just been open for the last 5 months roaches are terrible EVEN though I pay extra and it takes an emergency to get the maintenance man to come by
This place is trash. The manager doesn’t care. Nothing gets fixed, there is trash all over the parking lot; there are cars broken down that have been parked for months. People have been spray painting on the buildings and the manager doesn’t even care enough to have it covered up. It has really gone downhill since Shari left.
This place has mice and roaches a bed bugs and MOLD if you like living in Okc county jail you’ll love it here!! It comes with a cranky manager slum lord who doesnt help when you place a work order for the mice tht were there whn I first moved in I stayed for half a lease (6months) It’s a literal hole in the wall, when I confronted the land lady slum lord about the mice and bed bugs she kicked me out here office literally pushes me out I alm called the cops but I decided to just pack up an go
