Dr Zulaikha Noori at Rosemeadow Medical Centre is a very kind, professional, and caring GP. She listens carefully, takes time to understand concerns, and explains everything clearly. She treats patients with respect and makes patients feel comfortable and supported. The reception staff are also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. We are very grateful for their excellent care and highly recommend this medical centre.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of care provided. We were charged for a consultation where the prescribed medication was not available or reportedly discontinued. This caused treatment delays and unnecessary distress. It is reasonable to expect that medications being prescribed are current, accessible, and appropriate. Dr Cindy is awesome. She is so lovely and thorough. Do treat the doctors and receptionists kindly if you visit, they work so hard.
This clinic will always be my number one. I’ve had the best experience here with all the doctors I’ve seen—from Dr. Thi Lee, Dr. Wang, to Dr. Zac. Even when my usual GP is not available or when I need to see another doctor due to an emergency, every doctor I’ve encountered has been incredibly caring and attentive.
