I was in a time sensitive situation to get new housing established. I first saw Rosemeade through Zillow, so I came to inquire and found that this community had everything to offer. Besides that, Rosemeade was the first and only apartment complex I looked at in Roseville. Their staff made it all happen. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quiet place to live.
I have lived at Rosemeade since 2021. I love the location and the friendly vibe of the neighborhood. I have lived in 2 floor plans and enjoying my 1 bedroom the most! It is larger than many I looked into and happy with my decision to downsize. I would highly recommend living here as most everything you could possibly need is within 1-2 miles at the most! So convenient to hospitals and shopping! You will be happy with decision if you decide to move here!
We got screwed when we moved out…our entire security deposit was kept except for $100 and we left the place cleaner than it was when we moved in. The organization unit in the closet fell down and out of the wall, and the repair person fixed it, but left all the plaster, old screws etc. all over the floor which was lazy on his part, unprofessional of their service staff. Everything in the apt is cheap and rickety so don’t expect much from fixtures, carpet durability, lighting, etc.
I am so grateful for the five stars help Alex provided, he was graceful and informative, not pushy. Surprised agents don't make comisions. Almost rented, but we need a dog park for Kiko and elevator. Gracias Alex por tu Caballerosidad!
