I moved into my apartment 5 weeks ago and have been very happy with it. Mostly, I appreciate the work of Alex Ocheo, my leasing agent. He was very helpful in answering questions and solving an issue I had. His follow up is very good as well. The apartments are beautiful and the support staff, leasing agents and workers, were all friendly. Highly recommend Rosemeade at Olympus

I'm writing this 5 star review to update previous 5 star reviews. Eddie the manager, Kim, Alex, Cynthia, and Dustin have been wonderful to work with over the years I’ve live here since December 2019 to present. The property is always well maintained and new renter presentable which means a lot!! Recently our common area received an update being freshly painted, new beautiful carpet, and laminate flooring at the interior common area door. Neighbors have always been friendly. Easy move in! Great staff! These guys are great..Alex helped me greatly in the office and James the maintenance. Tech was always responsive to issues. BEST PLACE I EVER LIVED QUIET. NO NEIGHBOR NOISE!
