Wonderful residential complex. There is a well-maintained territory, spacious apartments, timely assistance of the complex employees. I especially want to mention Alex Ochoa, who is always friendly and ready to help. I recommend this complex for check-in. You will feel comfortable here.
Best complex for living. Fast maintenance, solving problems. Amazing people in leasing office. Especially Dustin and Alex. Always answer any questions.
The services and the maintenance in the apartments slow and down
There is a reason people who are leaving this complex in masses. I moved in May 2024, and all I’ve dealt with is BS from them. I was promised I could charge my EV truck, thus why I decided to buy it and move here. Now, after 16 months of living care, they say I can’t. Absolutely BS. Of course they told me that after I just signed my new 12 month lease. There is absolutely nothing in the lease that shows you can’t charge a EV vehicle. That is what they sold onto to move here. Rosemeade at Olympus Pointe point is a beautiful community - the leasing and management staff is out of this world amazing. Eddie is the general manager and despite his busy schedule he was a super star to getting this situated, Dustin and Nikita both were equally super stars as well, they were handling the leasing, and Kim was very friendly and helpful, and don’t forget to say Hi to Alex, he will certainly make you feel like you just walked into a super star Resort.
