I’ve been going here for years , The staff and dentist have been nothing but friendly for me
I’m a new client and they told me to arrive 20 minutes early to my 12 o’clock appointment. So I do, and the whole place is CLOSED (out for lunch maybe) and no one is picking up the phone, which is the same number that they called me from to remind me of my appointment yesterday.
Great Place ,been here for years,helping this community,but it was the Natural juice Place that caught my eye,with the free drinks,BECUZ it's a nice thing to do,it's hottt,and it makes them happynni wonder if they know who I am ,what Im doing,what I say !? I wanted to share my experience at this clinic, so that nobody has to deal with what I had to go through. I had my braces here as a teen for 3 years from 2017-2020. Throughout those 3 years, I remember one thing that was very off-putting at this clinic was that the orthodontist was there only ONCE a month. If I had any concerns or emergencies, I’d have to wait a month before seeing my orthodontist. There was one time my separator came off and it needed to be fixed asap.
