Great spot to hangout
This center is located behind Rosemad Library off Muscatel. It's a lovely facility and the City did good by building it for multi-use...large main space, a reception desk, other meeting rooms. The landscaping is passive park like wirh benches and artwork scupltures of children at play. Very nice.
