NO DELIVERY WHEN SCHEDULED #2- I ordered flowers on behalf of my father for my mother, for Valentines Day. I placed the order at 1:47pm,gave my credit card # and was promised a delivery of "BEFORE 5PM" I called at 4:30pm to get a status on my order, Sheneke the store clerk ,who took my order, left me on hold for 12 min, so I called back after I left work at 5pm and she told me she was not able to find my order. ALWAYS ON TIME - GREAT SERVICE !!!!!!! – Rosemary has been my florist for many years. my family florist and all the employees in my office. I used Rosemary's flower shop after bad experiences with a large online company who charged me a lot of money and never delivered the flowers. No Delivery When Scheduled – I ordered a Valentine's Beer Mug of Blooms bouquet and chocolate to be delivered to my boyfriend's workplace. Valentine's day passed and he did not receive anything, neither did I receive a phone call from the flower shop. I called them the next day and they said that they could not reach him with the number I provided in order to locate him. But if they had called him, wouldn't that have ruined the surprise!?
