I’ve been getting treated for the last 2 years for several injuries I’ve unfortunately have had. The office staff is attentive and kind but Dr. Yi is an amazing orthopedic dr! She makes me feel so comfortable and when she speaks with me she is compassionate and listens to my concerns and recommends my best treatment. I highly recommend her!
Avoid this place at all costs! The staff is rude and the “doctor” isn’t much better. As another reviewer stated, bad staff go hand in hand with bad doctors. This place is a business and they don’t truly care about their patients. SAD.
I saw Dr Yi just over 4 months ago. I was there for a second opinion.She agreed I did need hand surgery, explained the procedure and the recovery. I agreed lets go ahead with the surgery, she told me herself the next time I see her it would be the day of the surgery. Just got off the phone with my insuance company because when I tried contacting the doctors office a few weeks ago I was on hold for 20 minutes and just gave up. When I arrived to this office I wasn’t sure if it would even matter because I had tried other approaches for my wrist, but Doctor Yi literally improved my quality of life, a month later from the procedure I feel confident about my return to BJJ. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work! And even when I screwed up paper work her staff helped me with getting it right, I’m so thankful for all their work my hand feels so much better than before even if it’s like before it’s still way better!
