Worst office ever. Don't go here. Sloppy, unorganized, outdated. Waited 3 hours for absolutely nothing unable to be seen after I told the receptionist my situation, he insisted I stay and could be seen. Then the doctor prescribes me meds even though I told here I wasn't there for primary care only my annual pap. Receptionist schedules another appointment, writes it on a card for me. I'm not going to lie and bs anyone. Yes, the wait time is long. Yes, it can be frustrating I understand that. You have to also remember she is an internal medicine, not just one specific speciality, one body part, or one area. With that being said, remember the saying "Patience is a virtue." there needs to be better time management in this office why am I waiting more than 2 hours to be taken to the back and then another hour until the doctor sees me. This is my second time coming and somehow my appointment was at 10am, quite literally didn’t get passed to the back until 12pm and then later seen at 1pm. Not to mention the staff arguing right in front of the patients in the lobby is very unprofessional, which not only happened at this appointment but the previous appointment as well

My father is an elderly gentleman who has now visited Dr. Rosemary’s office twice, and unfortunately, both experiences have involved excessive and unreasonable wait times. During his first appointment, he waited approximately an hour and a half to be seen. At his second appointment, he waited more than two and a half hours, with no communication or indication of when the doctor would be able to see him.
