Dr. Harwood is a caring, friendly person that listens to what you are saying. She calls me personally to go over results of tests! I have never had that! If she feels you need to see a specialist, she won't hesitate to refer one. I never have a problem getting an appointment. I just love her and her staff!
As always Dr Harwood explains thoroughly all questions & answers that I may ask. Dr Harwood truly does care about her patients & I can feel that every time I have been to her office. Very professional & trustworthy.
My wife and I changed doctors about a year ago and we could not be happier with Doctor Harwood. She is genuine interested in us as people which is very refreshing and something we haven't had in a doctor in a long time. Her personal demeanor, patience and medical knowledge is second to none and we're glad we found her.
I recently had a tele-visit and it was great. For regular visits for prescriptions it was so convenient. I also liked that I could talk directly with Dr. Harwood and discuss my current health. I would highly recommend this means of visits for senior citizens like myself. Obviously in person visits are necessary for specific new concerns that need personal consultation.
