We had an excellent experience with our realtor, Rosemary. From start to finish, she was friendly, professional, and always available whenever we had questions or needed help, with immediate answers. Selling our home and buying our new home at the same time could have been stressful, but she made the entire process smooth and absolutely manageable. She was always there when we needed her, always quick to respond, and a true problem solver. Whenever an issue came up, she helped find a solution and kept everything moving forw... read more
Rosemary helped us with the sale of my father’s home and did an exceptional job. She is friendly, a good listener and goes above and beyond. We highly recommend her if you are looking to sell or buy. She always kept us in the loop with next steps and or any issues that arose as well as giving us excellent advice. We thank her for all she did in guiding us through the sale. Thanks Rosemary!
Let me start by saying that buying a home is almost never a fun process. The scrutiny, the questions, the documents. HOWEVER - working with Rosemary made it seem like a normal day to day task. I met her a few years back when I needed to sell my home due to divorce. She worked to find a buyer and negotiate a deal. In between that and my new purchase, she helped us find rental homes to fil... read more

From the very beginning of our homebuying journey to getting us to the closing table, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we found the right home for us. Buying a home for the first time came with a lot of questions and unknowns, but she made the entire process feel less overwhelming. She was always quick to answer our questions, explain things in a way we would understand, and advocate for us every step of the way. We never felt ... read more

Rosemary started working with us before we even arrived in town. She took our wish list and immediately got to work, eventually taking us to view over 20 properties without ever losing her enthusiasm or patience. When it came time t... read more
