This is disappointing my sister received such a poor quality bouquet. The flowers are wilting and dead upon picking them up the succulent is browning the roses are so discolored and browning such a waste of money such a bad arrangement. Grocery stores have way better quality for cheaper im absolutely never shopping here again. A funeral home has better quality flower arrangements. Theres a first and last for everything i suppose. I expected better quality flowers not ones halfway in the process of death.

Website states “same day delivery” yet I placed my order on Valentine’s Day (yes I understand an extremely busy day for a florist) and the order was not delivered until the next day at 7pm when I placed my order before the store even opened. I called the store SEVERAL times and never got anyone on the phone. Sent an email and never got a response. Pretty disappointing considering I spent $70 for a small bouquet to be delivered the day I requested for it to be delivered and if that could not be accommodated then whoever runs ... read more

Went to store on Feb 13th to get some flowers. Placed order and was told that they needed to do inventory. To call them in an hr. Called and they would never answer. Out of 32 calls they answered 4 times and the phone was placed to the side without answering. They finally answered and they told me to that they would call me back by 7. I told them to please make sure to call me and ofcourae they never did. Very back customer service. This almost ruined my Valentines because I was able to get some flowers somewhere else.
