Overall this business needs to be closed for its unethical practices. I purchased a vehicle early last year and it was an absolute nightmare dealing with these unprofessional individuals, "manager" to sales rep to financing rep. My husband and I came from 2 hours away to purchase a 2011 Honda Pilot we saw advertised on ******** through Roselle Motors. At first the staff was very nice very bu also pushy to sell cars i specifically told then I was not interested in. After I test drove a car that I finally like everything was good all paperwork went through. A day later I got a call from them saying that I need to take all of the paperwork again and they had to redo the process even though the finance company themselves had called me and said everything was fine.
