Overall this business needs to be closed for its unethical practices. I purchased a vehicle early last year and it was an absolute nightmare dealing with these unprofessional individuals, "manager" to sales rep to financing rep. From the start repair promises were made most were not complete and surprise a 2000 dollar mechanic bill was paid for by me to have the vehicle operational. Adolfo ********* gave us the BEST service during our car buying experience. My husband and I came from 2 hours away to purchase a 2011 Honda Pilot we saw advertised on ******** through Roselle Motors. At first the staff was very nice very bu also pushy to sell cars i specifically told then I was not interested in. After I test drove a car that I finally like everything was good all paperwork went through. A day later I got a call from them saying that I need to take all of the paperwork again and they had to redo the process even though the finance company themselves had called me and said everything was fine.
