Terrible experience! Put my family through extra stress trying to verify something that didn’t needed to be verified. The manager was not helpful at all. Plots/closing were already bought and paid for years ago and they had no files on it. Had to pay more, and manager said it was a discount. Charged another fee amount when they had already collected that in 2003. Not sure what the fees are for when you can’t even keep or find a file! No excuse in the modern day with technology we have! At this point due to prearranged services. I would rather not. When all is taken care of you would expect the below Professional services, accuracy, and a well trained staff would help with those in grief.

I would highly recommend Roselawn Funeral Home and Cemetary! There were unforseen issues regarding the burial of my mother and the staff at Roselawn handled everything in a very timely and professional manner. I honestly could not have asked for any more personal care, understanding and patience. They made me feel like family and their concerns for my feeling could be felt. I was and always will be thankful for the wonder staff at Roselawn.

Pecks Funeral Home is exceptional for families who have lost a loved one. Geoff is very caring and takes care of you. He walks you through every phrase to be sure it’s all correct. It’s a great caring gift.

We have four of our family members buried at Roselawn Cemetery in Decatur, AL. Roselawn has always been very caring, supportive, helpful and compassionate when faced with planning yet another funeral. We greatly appreciate everyone there. Very professional and very sweet. Thank you.
