What a POS place. Wish I could give a -10 rating. Wife and I who are senior citizens looking to move to Pullman area stopped by main reception today about 1:00 PM to ask a few questions about their services. Fairly friendly young lady helped me while my wife went to use ladies room (with permission). All of a sudden a female guard long black hair in her 20's started pounding on the women's bathroom door telling my wife to get out. I came to ER in Jan 21. I was taken care of with Professionalism and Respect. I got over the anxiety of my condition, realizing there were other patients there needing help also. I was treated excellently.
I can't believe this Hospital still open they have so many deaths because of lack of proper care. Why do they still get stay open and keep killing people like nothing is wrong this horrible. My sister would be alive if the doctors and nurses took the time to evaluate her even tried to see what was wrong with her they just don't care and they lied to my family about the cause of death n the time of death my family is going to get justice for my sister😭
Well in my opinion I can't see how this hospital is still open it should have been shut down long ago I was there on December 30th with back pain from a slip and fall I stayed in the ER from 9:20 p.m. until 4 a.m. never saw doctor never had an x-ray never was examined all I received in so-called care was a pain shot and told I could go home what a travesty was lousy tear will never set foot in that place again
Ladies!! As of 11/11/2013, this hospital is offering FREE mammograms. Pls schedule yours. U just may B saving your life.

Never go to this hospital if you can help it. They are very slow, have rude staff, and not too many people that are employed here care about their patients.
