This place is the worst company that I have ever done business with. Please do not ever let them tow your car, or do anything with your car. They are SCAM ARTIST. They use police scanners to take advantage of people at accident sites. They were supposed to tow my car, less than a mile away from Hyde Park to the South Loop. Instead, they towed it to their Roseland lot, and charged my insurance $2000 to get it back. I have reported them to the BBB and contacted 5 media outlets about it.
