Still terrible tbh .no maintenance and let go would not recommend for anyone. waste of time and money.leaking roofs /broken toilets /faulty wiring to no one in office 90%of the time .health department should take look at apartments not kept up to regulations.they broke there own leases too .
The managers Ralph and Debbie Harrington have let these apartments go way down hill. There's too many apartments vacant. They are extremely lazy and do not replace faulty appliances if I'm not mistaken is against policy. My apartment flooded due to their negligence did not help clean up the mess nor offer an explanation. My stove half worked which Ralph stated he would replace but did not and I paid for 2 elements for it out of pocket! Tenents complain constantly about they're incompetence. These apartments are kept clean and well maintained. The atmosphere here is calm and relaxed. Its a good living community for small families. Very nice.
