RecommendedI wound up here for the first time this morning after an emergency with my dog. The entire staff - front desk, tech in the exam room, and vet - were all amazing. They were incredibly kind and patient with me, and took every concern I had seriously. Everyone who handled my pup was gentle and loving towards him. This isn’t the vet/clinic I normally go to, but I will definitely be switching care to them. Start to finish it was an awesome experience even though it was a stressful situation.
I had to take my daughters bunny in last Saturday, for an Emergency visit. I wasn’t taken very seriously when I called other vets offices. But when I called RAH they were more than kind and compassionate. When we got into the office and were being taken care of, I was given nothing but kindness, compassion! All and all it’s a good clinic the people up front could be a little nicer, and the docs need to try to stick to their scheduling times!!
i just had my dog into vet because he was sick and dehydrated. i had to admit him. I was a little apprehensive about leaving him. But they took excellent care of him. if I have to leave him again i won't have any apprehension. Everyone was very friendly. We have been going to Dr. Dougherty for about 2 years. She is awesome!
Roseland is absolutely hands down the best veterinarian office around. They are so knowledgeable and most of all they are compassionate about every decision made. The animals aren't just dollar signs to them, they all genuinely care. Thank you for your kindness ❤
Yesterday we had to make the gut wrenching decision to put our dog to sleep. While I’ve experienced the loss of many pets over the years, this was my husband’s first dog and he was pretty distraught. Dr. Maske and his staff were incredibly kind and compassionate, treating us and our dog with the utmost dignity and respect. We love RAH for their knowledge, love of animals, wide range of species they treat, friendliness, willingness to answer all your questions, and beautiful facility. They are always advancing and growing with new techniques and treatments. We drive quite a distance to use RAH as our vet clinic and wouldn't have it any other way!
All of my pets have been at Roseland, starting with the original location when the Vissers ran it. When I got a new puppy, Juba, I took her there and she sees Dr. Maske. She was not happy with those shots he gave her today though.
Excellent facility and staff! Consistent fantastic professionalism.
