The doctor was very nice and quick. HOWEVER, the tiny receptionist with the big attitude was rude and looked like she did not want to be there. There is no need to look at people with a face like that while making remarks about them WHEN THEY ARE STILL STANDING BEFORE YOU.
Located inside the rexall store, extremely rude staff, i arrived at 3:32pm on Sunday, they close at 4pm...the karen haircut lady when asked why so early ur closing , she replied very rudely saying the doctor can only handle so much, maybe she was having a bad day, im not sure. I dont recommend this clinic to anyone though, theres no reason to be rude and ignorant to a customer, it would make sense if customer was rude tho...
Came here at 2pm when they close at 4pm and they said they’ve reached capacity.. don’t bother wasting your time coming here
Doctor is always late. I was here an hour before opening, waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes just to be told she isn’t even here yet meanwhile there are 60 people deathly ill in the waiting room and we’re told she will most likely be here one hour after opening. That’s a joke. Doctors should be the FIRST people ready to receive sick people. Also ONE doctor for over 60+ people? That’s a joke too.
I arrived 30 minutes before closing, yet was turned away and told the clinic was closed. This is frustrating because the posted hours suggest patients can still be seen. Please clearly state last patient intake time if the clinic cannot accommodate patients up to closing. Transparency would save people unnecessary trips.
