Professional but wait time is crazy there
“Afterhours” but always stops taking on patients way earlier than close. Customer service is so dry and passive aggressive, could use without the attitude. I get uncomfortable even just sitting there hearing them talk to people while I’m waiting.
So let me start up saying that I’ve never used an urgent care or walk-in before. I finished work at 7 PM and by the time I got here it was about 7:20 PM and there was a note on the window saying that they were at capacity. I’m desperate because I’m flying out of the country in a couple days, and this is the only chance I have to be here. The receptionist fit me in, despite the doctor having to stay late. I am so grateful for the two of them and for this place..
