I live across the street from this place in a condo. There is never ending noise and people hanging out in the parking lot playing music until all hours of the night. I have asked them to stop but they won't so I am planning to file a complaint with the police soon.
Staff is great. No issues with pests so far. Everyone keeps to themselves, a bit strange at night sometimes because the park is across the street, so you get some wild activity here and there but ive had 0 issues personally. The price is just a bit too high to have no washer and dryer in the units. Apartment is pretty spacious. They do accept people with less than perfect credit with a higher deposit.
