Maintenance is absolutely rude and will trun off your water on you with out not notice. They give dates that it will happen then weeks later do it . The apartment manager is amazing Tho she is so helpful
Lived here for about two years and just moved out. Found out they changed everyone’s lease to month to month without notification. Regardless of how much time was remaining in your lease. Super sketchy apartments. Would not recommend.
Wouldn’t recommend. Lived here a few years and it just keeps getting worse. Office people are very scatter brained and will try and charge you late fees etc for no reason other than to just try and get more money from you. Definitely do not expect your deposit back. Only one parking space for each unit, except people they like get two. And if you park on the street sleep well knowing it will be broken into or vandalized. Maybe even set on fire! This place is awesome. Little insider tip tho. If you use the laundromat here make sure you never do more that 10 dollars worth of laundry in an hour. If you do it will open up a secret door and release honeybadger mongoose hybrids. Those are some mean animals. Took me almost 10 minutes to karate chop them all in half. Other than that no complaints. Great apartments and nice people. Also right next to the lake!
