I ordered a large bouquet to send to a friend’s family because their son/my friend passed away. I had to call multiple times just to ensure the order was truly placed and would be delivered and I also never received a picture of my order. I also had to end up paying over the phone because they never sent an invoice and then a few days later they sent an incorrect invoice reminder despite my already paying. Rosehip did an absolutely AMAZING job with our wedding flowers! We wanted a whimsical/plant-y/fairytale vibe, while also incorporating my family's sentimental Iranian teapots/glasses throughout the florals and Sammy + the Rosehip team knocked it out of the park.
