They repaired a stucco chimney for me. Larry was constantly leaving and not coming back it took almost two weeks and he kept asking for the payment and I would tell him when he was finished. The last day he was here he told me his brother wanted the check and I caved. THTen he gathered all his tools to leave and informed me he was not finished but wouldn’t tell me what needed finishing.
