As students and parents are looking for affordable housing in Orlando, I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. We rented because the price was incredibly affordable and the apartments are spacious and nice. Our mistake, however, was accepting an apartment on the upper floor. It is the middle of summer and there is no cool air. WILL TRY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!! They took my down payment then sent a debt collector for another month of rent I don't owe! When called, they just ignore! Bridge Property management are SCAMMERS!
Overall, apartments are spacious. But the move in process was a mess. The office staff barely answers the phone or don’t get any messages that you may send through the voicemail. One of the staff members helped with my welcome letter and then was off. I didn’t know until A week late all the upfront cost of moving in. Then, I had almost the last appointment to pick up my keys and when I got the manager had to help me. By then, it was time to leave for the day.
