I wasn’t going to share with anyone the apartment gem I discovered, but Management was so kind to me this weekend I felt I had to give a thumbs up to RoseHill Pointe Apartments. I’ve rented apartments my whole life. I know what to look for and RoseHill Pointe Apartments meets all my needs. Buildings: 2 units high rather than the 3 or 4 units high like out west. Worst management I've ever came across the manager is working with anterior motives as if she has a personal vendetta against you deriving from what I don't know race, personal incompetence, lack of pay not sure but it's not normal. I also feel they are over chaging for fees might want to review if you're a tenant if you're not a tenant dont be, fair warning wish someone had given me one.
