I come here regularly to visit my loved ones and quite frequently. I have been hit with a nasty odor coming down the hallway that never really seems to go away and it really is extremely disturbing and concerning why the smell is here and why it lingers. It really frustrates me walking in and out the building.
Roaches, stained dirty carpet in the hallways. Residents smoking in front of entrance door. Entrance doors always being left open by other residents so security issue. Ransoms hangout in the our parking lot smoking and drinking. Cars getting broken into. A/C gone out twice in the span of 3 years and takes months to get fixed with no communication or empathy from management. Management is terrible, office don’t answer the phone. Maintenance people are nice but not well trained on fixing/repairing things properly. Also mold in... read more
