Dr Mona is always late to our appointments and we can’t do anything about it but if we are late they charge us.
Dr Mona Ali is always very kind to myself and family. She takes her time listening to concerns and I never feel pushed out. She makes me feel at ease
I hope that the doctor will choose the reception and telephone staff well. There is an employee named Vanessa, I think, and she hung up the phone in my face when I asked. I want to speak to Dr. Mona. She told me that you left from Saskatchewan to Ontario and you do not have the right to speak to her. I told her, “Where is Ontario then, isn’t it?” In Canada, she hung up the phone in my face and I need to talk to the doctor about the children’s vaccines. i have been seen by both dr hamm and dr roy and both are very capable and good at their jobs. they have good bedside manner. i would suggest to be careful of dr mona ali however as i have overhead patients complaining. the other doctors and staff are good though!
