I had the most bizarre experience at this clinic today. Early in the morning at exactly 9:05am, I called the front desk to book an appointment with Dr Hoque for my daughter who hasn't been eating well for some days and complaining of mouth sore. The receptionist told me there was a slot for 3:20pm and I told her it was perfectly fine. She even asked what was wrong with my daughter and I gave her all the necessary details. Worst choice ever, dr. Ali our family doctor for years, we don’t go there unless the things is very serious otherwise we go to walk clinic all time because we know there reception is so rude and the doctor not giving us enough time, my wife have a problem with her knee. She never knows what is hurting her all she say nothing even she can’t walk on it sometimes, I don’t know she treat the computer or the patient. Dr. Ali has been our family doctor for 7 seven years now and she has been very warm and personable so it is a 5 star for her. My son,who is now 12 and towering, upon seeing us, it delighted Dr. Ali. Anyway, prior to the meeting, we encountered this staff in blue scrubs (blonde hair). So my son and I were supposed to have our annual physical check up,and my pap test as well.
