The builder’s support team has been responsive and responsible throughout — especially during the 6-month review, where they promptly visited and addressed most concerns in a professional manner. However, I’m giving a lower rating for now due to one significant unresolved issue: sound transmission between my semi-detached unit and the neighbor’s, particularly from closing cupboard doors, etc... Post covid builders have cut corners to keep profit margins at the expense of quality work. I have major i issues ….. clogs causing water damage, my neighbours cooking coming through ( semi detached house) my kitchen vents … and the painters of this 900K used the walls to wipe their hands…..buyers beware
