Today there was an incident involving one of these employees. Some inappropriate comments were hollered at two young females on Bronte and Westoak Trails. The individual, middle aged white male with glasses repeatedly made comments towards the girl’s appearances out of the work truck window slowly trailing along side them and pulling into the the neighboring street where they continued the walk until they took a turn where they were no longer visible the male turned around and out of the dead end street. I recently visited the “Springside Trail Rosehaven” showroom in Midhurst with my mother and had a disappointing experience with one of the sales representative named “Deborah” During our conversation, the sales representative assumed that because my mother is older and wears hearing aids she could not understand the information being presented. Take my two cents if you value your peace of mind and health: avoid dealing with this builder. The Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS) was signed over two months before closing, which should have provided more than enough time for all parties to prepare properly. Despite that, our lawyer only received the closing documents three business days before closing. Absolutely nightmare, there lawyers are end moment not providing documents. Its clearly mentioned in paperwork they provide status certificate but 2 days before closing they say you need to obtain it and we had to pay $300 fees to get it which still takes 3-5 business days. Which eventually delays closing and they don’t take ownership and cooperate instead they charge you hefty delay closing fees. I will be reporting this builder higher in the govt.
