I loved living here. It is an old building, so there are stairs and gas stoves. But the charm, location, price, and beautiful features were well worth the flights of stairs and old appliances. Each unit is different and unique, and they all have different characteristics that are gorgeous in their own right. I had a bay window with a view, and a huge clawfoot tub that I still miss today. Overall, this is a great place to live if you are looking for affordable rent while still living comfortably in a cute place.
I’ve been a tenant here for about a year and a half. I feel fellow tenants are very respectful. Management is communicative and problem solved with me very easily when I’ve had concerns. Great location. Historic apartments that are a good cost.
