We moved into our apartment on August 4, 2025 and couldn’t be happier. The staff was very helpful during the rental process. We had to arrange for our unit from out of state. We actually never saw the apartment complex until we moved in. We have been here for one week and love it. The Ivy staff, residents and the physical structures couldn’t be better. This has become our home very quickly. My wife, our little dog Sadie and I are very comfortable and happy here. Come on down, this is a great place to live.
The Ivy place is very nice and the rent is affordable for seniors. The reason for the 3 stars is because there is not enough covered parking for residents and not enough parking for visitors. Also, I don’t know about other units, but mine has a very loud furnace when the air conditioner turns on. In addition the building only has dumpsters on one end of the building. It would be nice if it had dumpsters on both ends of the building.
