Well, after living a year here and loving it! We all, who live in a 1 bedroom apt received a early bird special as Someone mentioned to raised our rent by 6% if we signed by July 7th. If we didn't our rent could go up another 3%! Well, I didn't have time to move but others are leaving. However I and my sister can now make plans to move to somewhere else if we want to and if this happens again! Just an example of tone deaf bullying from higher ups!
I’m writing this review on behalf of my in-laws, who recently moved out after dealing with far more frustration than anyone should have to endure at a 55+ community. While they were on an extended 5-month vacation, I house-sat their unit, picking up mail and occasionally bringing my young children (ages 6 and 3) to play with the toys my in-laws keep for them. Good morning! I decided to visit a few 55 plus communities to see if they were a good fit for my husband and myself. I was very pleasantly surprised by how much 55 plus communities have to offer. The area is beautifully set up. I loved the gym. The young lady who explained everything and took an enormous portion of her time to explain every question or concern I had. My parents lived at The Ivy in Draper for six years and in the beginning, they truly loved it. The excellent management and staff were one of the primary reasons they loved living at the Ivy. We really miss the old workers here they were professional and a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, the new management Rebecca and Danielle are terrible and has made the place toxic.
