I like our Assistant Manager here at the Ivy. Especially Gracie ! She is very professional and kind and always willing to help unlike the Manager Rebecca! My rent here is $1,925 a month plus the common area utilities for a small one bedroom . We were recently told we can’t gather in small groups in the lobby intended for the residents. It's a nice friendly place to live.
So as a long term resident at the Ivy I ll tell you the apartments are smaller, the water pressure and parking are ridiculous and rent for a one bedroom is $1925.00 a month plus your utilities and theirs and about a $500.00 convenience package which includes parking and very basic TV . New York. I had a credit score of 840 until the manager or the owners turned me into Experian Credit for a $165 charge for reasons unknown to me .
