I’ve had to interact a lot with Rebecca and her team lately. My heating and AC has been problematic this summer. Each time the Manager Rebecca got right on it. We had maintenance even an outside HVAC Tech come and repair it or order new parts . We were given portable heaters and coolers until the HVAC can be repaired . Nice apartments and friendly staff, but the internet is down frequently and I often work from home. We pay a lot of money each month for mandatory internet and it is only somewhat reliable, at best!
