I just signed my third lease. I love living here. Beautiful apartments, halls and common areas. I've never lived in an apartment building that is this quiet. I've have only needed to use maintenance once. He was prompt and polite. I love the manager. She's very friendly, polite AND professional. Way to go Rosegate Apartments! I highly recommend this complex.
My mom loves living here but it has gone down hill fast since Manager Art has left. Was 55+ now who knows!? Not to mention, to many nosey people trying to run the show.
