My mother in law went here for rehab. The rehab portion wasn't bad. The room where she was staying was dirty, there were ants and centipedes in the room. After we asked for things to be cleaned up we wiped the floor to check up and it was still filthy. Mom said they had not given her her meds, we asked and they reported they were given. Management che ked it out and it was not given. Staff lied to us and management. We had high hopes but our care was far below standard and they should actually be a zero out of 5.
Left my mom when she went to use her power scooter. No one is coming to help her.
Absolutely do not take your loved ones here. The assisted living isn't terrible but the nursing home/ rehabilitation building is bare minimum care for $8,000 a month. I can't count how many times I've seen my loved one sitting in soiled bedding and clothes for hours at a time. Not to mention the hospital trips for various reasons from the absolute neglect and lack of care these people have provided.
