We were visiting the area from out of town when my 8yo daughter suffered an injury to her 2 front teeth! They were chipped badly and we didn't want to shorten our vacation so were relieved to be referred to Dr. Roseff and be seen same day for an urgent repair! Dr. Roseff was so thorough and kind, his staff sent all the records to our dentist back home to facilitate follow up care. We felt like we were part of their family, they took such great care of us. Best dentist visit we have had! They took all three children at the same time, they were all excited and felt safe. The staff spoke to them about their interests and made them feel comfortable. They were informative and caring and we are excited to find a place full of such kind and considerate people.
The personalized attention at this place is excellent. From the moment you arrive, you're attended immediately. The wait time to enter the office is practically nonexistent. Once inside, you can appreciate that everything is impeccably clean and smells wonderful. The staff is very friendly and professional, as is Dr. Michael; they do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. They have state-of-the-art equipment. 100% recommended.
We had the most wonderful experience at this dental office today for my 3 year old’s very first visit! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, patient, and welcoming. The dental hygienist was absolutely AMAZING!! So gentle and sweet with my daughter, explaining every step in a fun and reassuring way.
