I cannot express our gratitude to the entire team at Rosedale MoorePark for saving our 6 year old vizsla this past fall. While hard to diagnose they were so attentive, methodical in the process to narrow the illness, daily check ins, & so fast in getting Cairo into to see a specialist when an emergency popped up. My dog Gub, has been treated by 2 different vets. Both were extremely knowledgeable. The staff has been very welcoming, thoughtful and caring. I feel confident in the care provided at that clinic, I will definitively be coming back!
I have taken my cat and now my dog here. I find the staff to be calm caring and attentive. They are always on top of communication and reminders. To be honest I don’t even live close to the neighbourhood anymore but I won’t take my animals anywhere else. Would recommend. All the vets I’ve seen here are great.
I am very disappointed with the care my cat received during the recent visit. My cat had an allergic skin reaction which had already improved and formed a scab by the time of the appointment. Instead of allowing the natural healing process to continue, the scab was forcibly removed during the consultation. As a result, the wound reopened the same evening, began oozing again, and became infected. This has caused my cat unnecessary pain and has set back the healing process. The only Vet clinic in town that I called who was able to get my Urinary cat treats in time for the weekend after my cat came out of surgery last Thursday. Thank you Roshene for doing your best and helping out! He was a happy camper all weekend and is recovering nicely. First class customer service! Highly recommended this clinic.
