Extremely rude and unprofessional reception staff. Both ladies at the front desk spoke very rudely and abruptly to people who don't have English as a first language and I was barked at for simply asking a question and watched them do the same with others. I was told they were busy, which I can appreciate, but that is no excuse for treating the public so badly. They need better management and basic compassion.
This review is for Massage Therapist Said Mouhtajy. I have been getting regular massages within Toronto for years, and Said is the best massage therapist I have ever come across. He is extremely knowledgable regarding the body and how to best release and alleviate pain and tension. I hurt my back doing deadlifts, and went to see Said the next day, and I walked out feeling brand new with no pain. His face massages are soooo relaxing!!!
There are several specialists in different fields with offices in the building.
Very rude reception!! No patience at al!!
