Rosedale has the most compassionate, empathic, efficient, open-minded, nonjugdmental & caring staff. The team of cooks service delious meals. Very accommodating. I can't praise nor thank the entire team enough. When it's time to die, I'll definitely go back to Rosedale. They helped me manage my medical, emotional, physical & spiritual needs in my predeath journey. Fortunately, I emproved enough to come back home for a while longer. Not normal circumstances by a long shot.
My youngest sister was admitted to the Rosedale Hospice on December 4, 2025 Rm 12 and passed peacefully on December 6, 2025.In those difficult days, the entire team there showed extraordinary kindness and compassion. I’m deeply thankful to the nurses who cared for my sister with such gentleness, making her as comfortable as possible. Semi rude and unorganized staff. One staff member will offer something, another will come reprimand you for it infront of your loved one. Was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and bedside manner, as well as listening to the needs of patients and family.
Rosedale Hospice is a place where the life and wishes of a patient are of utmost importance and their death a dignity to be protected. We as a family cannot express how thankful we are that our mom/grandma/great grandma spent her final week there. They provided a caring and safe space for us all to be together with her. They were so responsive to her every need and ask, and remarkably to ours as her grieving family.
