First off, people need to start calling about the mice. The health department, we'll come right out and inspect. And if they're seeing mold and mice droppings and roaches, they will make them come up to compliance, I'm pretty sure all the good reviews on this page or by the employees themselves because that place is a hellhole. Everybody with roaches, mice and mold need to call the health department.
My move-in experience at Rosedale Gardens has been excellent. My apartment is newly renovated. Nadia ensured that my apartment was clean and ready for me upon arrival. Shortly after moving in, I experienced an issue with the refrigerator tripping the breaker due to the new appliances drawing additional power.
