Fast and easy process nice people and very helpful and friendly
Move in was fast and easy staff was very nice and helpful!
I Turn 18 in April never thought I would move out My parents home but My mom is a traveling nurse and my dad is a General contractor they travel a lot so I new once they settle down, they would want the house to their self so I came to Rosedale Gardens apartment filled out the application. They made the process so easy they were so helpful. Even when I felt that I was being annoying I asks so many questions but they never got frustrated never got irritated with me answered every single question. They were very polite and helpful during my whole move in process
First off, people need to start calling about the mice. The health department, we'll come right out and inspect. And if they're seeing mold and mice droppings and roaches, they will make them come up to compliance, I'm pretty sure all the good reviews on this page or by the employees themselves because that place is a hellhole. Everybody with roaches, mice and mold need to call the health department.
