I can’t speak from a resident perspective. Let me tell you how unprofessional the leasing consultant is (Takeira) I originally heard of the property on fb marketplace. It was a fully renovated 1br apt. I scheduled a tour after I scheduled the tour I received numerous text messages reminding me of the tour. I get to the property only to be told the unit is no longer available. Mind you I took off work for this particular reason. Absolute worst place to live, my wife and I were here for three years before we left. Every year we dealt with mice, black mold in the main bathroom, AC was constantly breaking, maintenance was timely but if there was a bigger problem that needed more time to fix, good luck trying to get anything done. We were without power during a heatwave and had to stay in a hotel because of the extreme heat due to my personal medical problems. Horrible apartment,with very rude and ignorant manager. Mice infested,mold everywhere. Terrible customer service. They never want to do anything and worst of all racists. This manager hides in the office daily and does absolutely nothing.I wish there was anything less than 1 star.
