Rude service over the phone, was recommended highly to this place because of Sarah , when I called explained that we were only looking to get general checkup and routine blood work nothing serious, kept asking what was wrong with us made it seem like they would not take myself or family unless we had a pre-existing issue for some reason. Absolutely great doctors and nurses. I have been going there for more than 20 years - superb service by everybody!
I’ve been waiting three weeks for a referral to be faxed and it has not been done. I’ve called and sent messages through the portal but they never follow through and send it. Appointments are usually on time but it’s hard to reach anyone on the phone to make appointments or follow up.
I don’t usually post negative reviews. In this case, I will make an exception, because it may cause this provider to improve things, and will let potential patients know the limitations of the practice. I was looking for a new primary care provider. I called. I waited on hold for a total of over twenty minutes, including one disconnect. The hold message emphasized that they are all about customer service. When the young lady answered, I was told that the practice is not accepting new Medicare patients.
