Be prepared to wait hours even if you have an appointment with Dr Cohen. They overbook. I will not be going back to this clinic as they don’t respect the patients time.

Good luck getting through to book an appointment with any of these doctors regarding medical dermatology. My son is a patient there and there is no way to contact ANYONE to book or change an appointment. Nobody answers the phone, no email address given. They seem to be prioritizing and more focused on botox and laser, where the money is and not focused on people with skin conditions who need help.

I was worried about the reviews. But honestly, I think this place is all right. The woman at the front that is often referred to as having a Spanish accent seemed as helpful as she is allowed to be. She was good at setting expectations and communicating clearly. People were upset that they had to obtain referrals from their family doctors in the comments and I witnessed this in person. If you are there for medical as opposed to pay out of pocket, they will never return a call and book an appointment. Due to their incompetence, we now have to go back to our regular doctor to get a referral. I would avoid them at all costs.
