I was worried about the reviews. But honestly, I think this place is all right. The woman at the front that is often referred to as having a Spanish accent seemed as helpful as she is allowed to be. She was good at setting expectations and communicating clearly. People were upset that they had to obtain referrals from their family doctors in the comments and I witnessed this in person. If you are there for medical as opposed to pay out of pocket, they will never return a call and book an appointment. Due to their incompetence, we now have to go back to our regular doctor to get a referral. I would avoid them at all costs.
Horrible experience, the girl at the front desk was quite dismissive, and doctor Alexander MacLellan was so rude, no wonder they have such a poor average review they have.
Been waiting almost 2 me this for results that were said come in 2 weeks..no return phone calls, noone answers the phone. Another small clinic that is clogging up the healthcare system with no care for the actual patients. I would rate 0 if I could
