Multiple emails just to come look at a Odyssey van. Went to look at a van and they didn't have the keys and said they would call me two hours when owner got them. I hung around the area and got no call. I would avoid this dealership. Sketchy.

Bought awd Subaru. Later I figured out that only the front wheel drive works. Was not upfront about warranty. I ask if he included a warranty. He told me yes 30 day 1000 mi powertrain. Later when I looked at the paperwork it stated coverage was 20% of part and labor up to $500 if taken to his specified shop. I was led to believe this was a 100% warranty during the stated coverage time period. He never said this but he never clearly stated the terms when I ask about the warranty. A long story here but the dealer never responded. I called the dealer myself and made arrangements to see the car. After driving over 200 miles I arrived and the car was not washed, had no battery, would not start and had no gasoline. When I asked the dealer if he could get the car started so I could hear it run he said "That all depends on how serious you are about wanting to purchase the car."
