Keep raising fees with a notice mailed on the 6th of December about fees changing Jan 1st. Did not get an electronic notification (email) until after the fees went into effect, received email today Jan 10 notifying me and the reinvestment fee raising from $250 to .5% of sales price and monthly assessment increase on Jan 1, 10 days ago! I received zero communication on any of this until it was too late. In what other industry is this acceptable?
