Mt nebo is the worst maintained park ive seen in a while. eversince the new management has taken over this september, the no maintence has been done, the management pricegouges the current rv renters making them pay up to \$100 dollars more a month for living there over a mobile home. the current manager is only there at park to collect rent only, otherwise u cant get a hold of her. for the price to live at nebo, theres a parks around that are better maintained and have other stuff included in rent. nebo is more of a ripoff.... read more
True This Park is A Dump, Plus wheres the Shade trees that it had in the 70s? So I Lived There And Nothing Than A Blacktop. Rent IS 329.00 A Month
